Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid-up term:
- For monthly subscribers: You will not be charged for subsequent months, but no refund for the current month
- For annual subscribers: Access continues until the end of the annual term, with no renewal
- To cancel, use account settings in the Service or contact customer support in writing
- We recommend cancelling several business days before renewal to ensure processing
Refund Policy
General Policy: Except as required by law, all fees and charges are non-refundable once paid. Dragatron does not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or downgrades before the end of a term.
Australian Consumer Law Rights:
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable consumer protection laws. Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy if the services fail to meet a consumer guarantee.
- Major failure in the Service may entitle you to a refund under ACL
- For minor failures that can be remedied, we may rectify the issue or re-supply the Service
- Consumer guarantees apply where you are a "Consumer" under the ACL
- Any refund or compensation will be provided in accordance with your ACL rights
Data Export and Transition
Upon termination (other than for serious breach or illegal conduct):
- 30-day window to request data export in standard formats (CSV or similar)
- You must request data export in a timely manner
- After the retrieval period, data will be deleted per our retention policy
- Some minimal information may be retained for compliance or legal archival as required by law
Enterprise and Special Circumstances
Enterprise Clients:
Enterprise clients with invoicing arrangements: Payment is due within the timeframe stated on your invoice (e.g., 30 days from invoice date) unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
Service Discontinuation:
In the unlikely event that Dragatron decides to discontinue the Service entirely:
- We will provide as much advance notice as reasonably possible
- Pro-rata refund for unused portions of paid subscriptions
- We may make alternate arrangements such as migration to a successor service
Fee Changes
Dragatron may adjust subscription fees or introduce new charges for new features:
- Advance notice provided for any fee increases
- You may cancel before new fees take effect if you disagree
- Continued use after effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing
